  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pot, add the onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook until the onions are softened, about 5 minutes.
