A half dried fish in a spicy sauce recipe.Pollock is a very affordable fish that has medium texture and a mild flavor.Pollock is easy to bake or fry, but we’re using this delicious pollock recipe to make the fish a little bit fancier!This is still an easy recipe to make and uses poaching, or cooking in liquid at a lower temperature to give the fish a delicious garlic butter flavor!

Ingredients for Pollak Recipe

  • 1 No.s pack dried pollak
  • 2 No.s green onion
  • As required Water
  • As required Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon hot pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon corn soup
  • As required Cooking Oil
  • 1.50 tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 pinch ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon Black pepper

Directions: Pollak Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash the fish. In a bowl combine the sauces ingredients and mix well.

step 2

  • STEP 1.In a pan place all the fish and add the sauce.  cook for 15 minutes and reduce the sauce in half. Now add green onions and wait for the sauce to thicken. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
