Ingredients for Pol Roti Recipe

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 cup Flour
  • 1 No.s chopped onion
  • 2 No.s chopped green chillies
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required Lukewarm Water

Directions: Pol Roti Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take shredded coconut, flour, onion, green chillies, oil and gradually add water in order to form a dough.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 grease the bowl with oil and let the dough sit for 15 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 divide the dough into 4 portions and make a balls out of them

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 roll the balls flat using a rolling pin.

step 5

  • STEP 5.1 heat a pan and grease with oil.

step 6

  • STEP 6.2 cook the pol roti on it until they turn golden brown.
