Ingredients for Poha recipe Recipe

  • 50 gm poha
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds- One
  • 1/4 tablespoon Peanuts
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soaked kala chana
  • 1/4 g Chopped green chili
  • to taste Salt -according
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar one -TSP or two test
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped onion
  • A Handful reen coriander -handful
  • 1/4 tbsp Pomegranate seeds

Directions: Poha Recipe Recipe

  • STEP 1.wash poha with water and drain the water. take a pan add oil roast the peanut and keep it aside. add cumin seeds and crackle it and fennel seeds, kala Chana and sauté it for a minute
  • STEP 2.add green chili ,salt and sauté it then add turmeric powder coriander powder sugar and add 1 Tbsp of water And mix it wellNow add one washed poha and mix it again and cover it with a lid in low flame for a minute
  • STEP 3.now add roasted, peanut coriander and mix it again and serve it with Namkin and chopped onion, Lemon and garnish it with pomegranate seeds
