Ingredients for Poha cutlet Recipe

  • 0.40 cup thin poha / flattened rice / beaten rice
  • 0.40 Pieces Potato
  • As Required Salt as needed
  • 0.40 Pieces Onion
  • 1/5 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/5 Pieces Lemon
  • 1/5 Tsp arlic paste
  • 0.80 Pieces Bread
  • 1/5 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • As Required Coriander leaves
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/5 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/5 Tsp Chaat masala powder
  • 1/5 Tsp aram masala

Directions: Poha Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, add 1 cup washed poha and 2 boiled and mashed potatoes.
  • STEP 2.also add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder, ¼ tsp aamchur, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and ¼ tsp crushed pepper.
  • STEP 3.additionally add 1 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.combine well making sure a dough is formed.
  • STEP 5.prepare a small ball sized patties greasing hand with oil.
  • STEP 6.now dip in maida or corn flour batter and coat with bread crumbs all sides.
  • STEP 7.now shallow fry or deep fry or pan fry in hot oil.
  • STEP 8.fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 9.finally, serve poha cutlet with mint
