This crispy poha chivda gets its crispness from the fried poha, nuts like cashew and peanuts and tempering of chana daal. Lightly spiced beautifully flavoured. Can easily make anytime or on festive ocassions like diwali. Needs few minutes to assemble before and after frying. Can make in bulk and store.
