Ingredients for Poha Cake Recipe

  • 350 gram Poha
  • 3 No.s Bread slices
  • 400 gram Rice flour
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 5 tablespoon Curd

Directions: Poha Cake Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak some flattened rice (poha)  in water. Wash them nicely and then transfer them in a bowl.

  • STEP 2.Take 6 bread slices,  cut the sides of bread. Now soak these breads into water and add them into the flattened rice bowl in pieces. Then add some rice flour,  green chillies, ginger garlics paste,  red chilli flakes,  chopped onions,  chaat masala,  cumin powder, salt to taste, coriander leaves and 5 tablespoons of curd.  now add them nicely.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Now take a tray,  grease it well. Now pour the mixture into it and let it settle for some time in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Take a tray out and cut the mixture into square pieces. Take a pan for selo frying and place the cut up poha and cook for a few minutes. do the same with all the rest. Flattened rice cake is ready to be served.
