Ingredients for POHA ALU CUTLET Recipe

  • 50 g rm poha soaked
  • 1/2 cup boiled n mashed alu
  • 1 g reen Chilles finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic n ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 0.13 Cups Onion finely chopped
  • 0.13 tsp Red chille powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 0.13 tsp Blk pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Poha Alu Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.In bowl take alu n poha.
  • STEP 2.Add green chilles ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions
  • STEP 4.Add cornflour
  • STEP 5.Add all spices
  • STEP 6.Mix them very well
  • STEP 7.Makes balls
  • STEP 8.Flatten then put cheese in center.
  • STEP 9.Pack it properly.
  • STEP 10.Deep fry it.
  • STEP 11.Serve it hot with sauce /chutney of ur choice.
