Ingredients for Poha Recipe

  • 1/2 cup poha
  • 1/2 Pieces Onions
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 g 2-3 g
  • 1/4 g Onions for garnish
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 g Sev for garnish
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Mustard seeds

Directions: Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the poha.
  • STEP 2.And rinse it.
  • STEP 3.Take a big pan and oil in it and mustard seeds in it. when it's crackled, add onions in it. mix it well and cook it till onions get golden brown then add salt, turmeric powder, peanuts, sugar and mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Wash the poha,strain it and add in the pan. add coriander leaves. cook it for 5 minutes on slow flame
  • STEP 5.Serve with sev and onions.
