Ingredients for Poha Recipe

  • 2 cup poha
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 2 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Pieces Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.First clean and wash poha then soak for one minute in water than squeeze poha from water. Now heat Pan then add oil then add master cumin seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and peanuts when when peanuts become a little brown then add tomatoes turmeric powder and red chilli powder cook for 1 minute then add washed poha salt and lemon juice mix well add chopped coriander, pomegranate and yellow sev and serve hot.
