  • 0.13 gram 350 pork
  • 0.13 No.s Garlic
  • 0.13 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.06 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.09 cup Orange juice
  • As required Onions
  • 112.50 gram red onions
  • 0.03 teaspoon black pepper 0.25 tsp ground clove
  • As required Maayn Pico De Gallo
  • 0.06 cup Orange
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 noa diced red onions
  • 1/4 No.s minced habaneros
  • 0.13 cup chopped cilantro

Directions: Poc Chuc Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 submerge the pork in a mixture of kosher salt and water.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 keep it in the fridge overnight.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 slice it up and pound it with a mallet/rolling pin, pan base, empty wine bottle by placing it in a freezer bag.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 blend all the marinade ingredients and pour it in the freezer bag.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 mix it well and let it sit overnight.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 in a bowl take onions, orange juice, salt, black pepper, pregano, allspice and ground clove.

  • STEP 7.7 mix them well and let it sit at room temperature for a day.

  • STEP 8.8 to make salsa add onions, habaneros, salt, oregano, orange juice, chopped tomato and cilantro in it.

  • STEP 9.9 mix all the ingredients well.

step 10

  • STEP 10.1 heat your grill and cook the quartered onions on it.

step 11

  • STEP 11.2 heat your grill and cook your pork for 2-4 minutes on each side.

step 12

  • STEP 12.3 cut it into thin slices and serve on corn tortillas.
