Ingredients for Plantain Pancakes Recipe

  • 3 Nos overripe plantains
  • 250 gram All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon heaped baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 Nos eggs
  • 2 cup Water

Directions: Plantain Pancakes Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel off the plantains and then grind them

step 2

  • STEP 2.Take all purpose flour in a bowl and add 1 tsp salt,powdered milk,baking powder,baking soda and cinnamon powder

  • STEP 3.Mix all the ingredients well.

  • STEP 4.Pour out the plantain mixture in a bowl,add 2 cups of water,and add the 4 egg yolks.

  • STEP 5.Whisk the egg mixture followed by the flour mixture and mix it well in a batter

step 6

  • STEP 6.Set aside the pancake batter for some time.

step 7

  • STEP 7.1.apply some oil in a pan/griddle.

  • STEP 8.2. Now using a quarter cup pour the batter onto the pan/griddle.

step 9

  • STEP 9.3. Cook until the bubble appears on the surface and then flip it to cook from the other side.

step 10

  • STEP 10.4. Once cooked take pancakes down in a plate

step 11

  • STEP 11.5. Now apply some oil in a waffle maker

step 12

  • STEP 12.6. Then pour a quarter cup of batter into the waffle maker and take out once ready.
