- 1 cup Unripe Plantain Flour
- 2 Nos Habanero Pepper
- 1 Nos Red Onion
- As required Ground Crayfish
- 2 Cooking Spoons Palm Oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1 Nos Maggi cube
- As required Water

How to Make Plantain Moi Moi Recipe
STEP 01
Peel off the plantain and cut the two ends.

Chop plantain ino pieces
STEP 03
Blend plantains,onions,pepper into a fine paste
STEP 04
In a bowl add plantain flour,add some water and make a smooth paste
STEP 05
Then add the blend plantain mixture into the bowl

Mix wel and add palm oil,crayfish,salt and magi cubes

Mix thoroughly

Add water in a large pot and bring it to a rolling boil.

fill the batter into air tight containers and gently place them into the pot.

Now cover the pot and cook the moi moi for 30 mins.
