  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 0.13 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add mixed vegetables, water, and coconut milk. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add this tempering to the cooked vegetables.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with biryani, parotta, or dosa.
