  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the poha in water for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and blend the soaked poha into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, combine the poha paste, rice flour, salt, and water to make a thin batter.
  • STEP 4.Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and pour a ladleful of the batter onto it.
  • STEP 5.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 6.Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Flip the dosa and cook the other side until it is crispy.
  • STEP 8.Remove from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
