  • STEP 2.Prepare the masala filling by mixing together spices like turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and amchur powder.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the masala filling into the slit green chillies.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  • STEP 6.Dip the stuffed chillies into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  • STEP 7.Carefully drop the coated chillies into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 8.Remove the bajjis from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
