  • 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1.25 En Chilies
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 2.25 Lic Cloves
  • 0.13 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Gram Flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a food processor, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, and garlic to form a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken or lamb with the herb paste, yogurt, gram flour, lemon juice, and spices. Mix well to form a smooth mixture.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into kebabs. You can use skewers or shape them into patties.
  • STEP 4.Heat a grill or a pan and brush it with oil. Cook the kebabs on medium heat until they are golden brown and cooked through, flipping them occasionally.
  • STEP 5.Serve the kebabs hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip. They can be enjoyed as an appetizer or as a side dish with naan or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent them from burning.
  • You can also add a pinch of garam masala or chaat masala to enhance the flavor of the kebabs.
