How to Make Pla Neung See Ew Recipe

step 1

Remove soaked golden oak mushrooms from the water and squeeze out excess water. Bring to a halt the stems, then slice the cap into thin slices.

step 2

Place fish in an exceedingly deep plate and steam over the boiling water till it gets cooked nicely,

step 3

For preparing the sauce mix stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chinese cookery wine, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl. Heat two tbsp of edible fat in a pan over medium-high heat.

step 4

Add garlic, ginger, and chinese black mushroom slices and stir for 1-2 minutes till it becomes aromatic. Add the sauce mixture and white pepper to it and let it simmer for 30 seconds.

step 5

With the fish still in the steamer, tilt the plate to pour off the collected water and carefully pull the bones out.

step 6

Pour the sauce over the fish, along with the onions, and cover the steamer with a lid for about thirty seconds in order to steam the onions a bit.
