Ingredients for Pizza Explode Buns( Airfryer) Recipe

  • 1 pieces laddi pavbuns
  • 1/25 cup Finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/25 cup Finely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/25 cup Finely chopped green capsicum
  • 0.08 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/25 cup Sweet corn kernels
  • 1/25 cup Finely chopped tomato
  • 0.33 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.17 tbsp pizza seasoning powder
  • 1 pieces Cheese cubes
  • as required Butter
  • as required Dry basil seasoning powder
  • as required Tomato ketchup to serve

Directions: Pizza Explode Buns( Airfryer) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Scrap out middle portion of each pavbun bread..as shown. Apply butter in cavity of each pavbun.
  • STEP 2.In mixing bowl add red, yellow bell pepper, greencapsicum, onion sweet corn kernels, tomato pieces. Add tomato ketchup and pizza seasoning powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Fill this prepared pizza stuffing in each pavbun.
  • STEP 4.Grate 1 cheese cube on each pizza stuffed pavbun . Sprinkle dry basil seasoning powder on each.
  • STEP 5.Place in preheated Airfryer. Bake for 10 minutes or till cheese melts. Pour dollop of tomato ketchup on each. Serve / Relish Delicious Hot Pizza Explode Buns.
