Piyush means milk, a drink which is creamy, luscious and generally served during festivals or celebrations. Shrikhand is used as the base of this drink. You can use ready shrikhand or make at home. Addition of chia seeds ice cubes give it a healthy twist and looks good too. Happy Cooking..!!

Ingredients for Piyush Drink Recipe

  • 66.67 gm shrikhand
  • 0.33 cup Buttermilk
  • 0.33 cup Whole milk
  • 0.67 tbsp Honey
  • As Required Dryfruits : as per choice
  • 3.33 Pieces Saffron
  • 0.33 tbsp Lukewarm milk
  • 0.17 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.08 tsp Nutmeg powder

Directions: Piyush Drink Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a blender add shrikhand, buttermilk and milk
  • STEP 2.Add nutmeg powder, cardamom powder, saffron soaked in lukewarm milk, honey and blend everything nicely.
  • STEP 3.Add chia seeds ice cubes in the serving glass and pour blended Piyush drink and garnish with almonds and Pistachios.
