Ingredients for Pitod Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 1/4 cup besan
  • 0.63 cup Water
  • 0.38 tablespoon Salt
  • As required Haldi
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1-1.25 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon zeera
  • 1/2 No.s Tomatoes
  • 3/4-1 No.s green chillies
  • 0.06 tablespoon haldi powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • As required Garam
  • 0.13 tablespoon masala
  • As required Water

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 take besan in a bowl.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add finely chopped coriander leaves, and red chilli powder, mix it well.

  • STEP 3.3 gradually start adding water to the mix and prepare the batter.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 make a liquid mixture, the batter should not be thick.

  • STEP 5.5 pour the batter into a kadhai, and keep the gas on sim.

  • STEP 6.6 keep mixing it.

  • STEP 7.7 add oil, and mix it again.

  • STEP 8.8 while mixing it, wait for it to be thick.

  • STEP 9.9 pour the batter in a plate.

  • STEP 10.10 let it cool down

  • STEP 11.11 to prepare the gravy use tomato and some green chillies to make pury.

  • STEP 12.12 take a kadhai, add oil, and jeera.

  • STEP 13.13 now add all the dry spices to it

  • STEP 14.14 now add the tomato pury to the kadhai.

  • STEP 15.15 add water to the pury, and coriander leaves.

  • STEP 16.16 let the pury heat upto the boiling point.

  • STEP 17.17 after the pitod gets cold. Cut it into small paneer like pieces.

step 18

  • STEP 18.18 add the pitod pieces to the gravy

step 19

  • STEP 19.19 close the lid, leave it for 5-6 minutes.
