Ingredients for PISTACHIO MAWA BARFI SUGARFREE Recipe

  • 62.50 gm Mawa
  • 25 gm jaggery powder
  • 0.13 tsp cardamom powder
  • 12.50 gm Pistachios

Directions: Pistachio Mawa Barfi Sugarfree Recipe

  • STEP 1.First soak half Pistachios for 1 hour in warm water.
  • STEP 2.After 1 hour peel all Pistachio and grind into fine paste with the help of water. Now chopped rest of pistachio into fine pieces.
  • STEP 3.Take a pan heat for 2 minutes add Mawa to it.
  • STEP 4.Roast till it became golden brown. Now add jaggery powder.
  • STEP 5.Stir continuously cook for 15 minutes till the mixture combines.
  • STEP 6.Add the paste of pistachio and again cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Lastly add cardamom powder and mix all together. Sprinkle some chopped Pistachio. Grease a plate with ghee add Mawa mixture and tap with spatula sprinkle rest of chopped pistachio set in the Refrigerator for 1 hour. Now cut in desire shape. Its Ready to serve healthy barfi.
