How to Make Pisca Andina Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

take a plastic bag and add meat worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper in it.

refrigerate it overnight.

step 3

STEP 01

heat oil in a pan and saute onions and garlic in it along with sweet pepper.

step 4

once it is cooked add the broth and red chilli powder.

bring the broth to a boil and add in chopped potatoes and let it cook for 30 minutes.

step 6

season it with some salt and pepper and gradually add milk to the pan.

to it with cilantro and cheese cubes and it is ready to be served.
