How to Make Pisca Andina Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
take a plastic bag and add meat worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper in it.

heat oil in a pan and saute onions and garlic in it along with sweet pepper.

bring the broth to a boil and add in chopped potatoes and let it cook for 30 minutes.
