How to Make Pionono Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
beat the egg yolks and add 30 grams of sugar with vanilla, butter and milk.

add in the flour and salt to the egg yolk mixture and mix it well and set aside.

beat the egg whites until they become fluffy and gradually add 70 grams of sugar to it to mak meringue.

add the prepared meringue to the batter and combine well.

transfer the batter to the baking pan .

STEP 01
bake it at 160 degree c for about 15 minutes.

once baked, sprinkle some icing powder on top.

spread the meringue butter on the base and sprinkle some sugar on it.

roll it to the end and cut into smaller pieces.
