  • 1/5 cup Chopped pineapple
  • 1/10 cup ½ tsp cumin powder (g
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/5 Tsp Cumin powder
  • As Required Chopped coriander for garnishing

Directions: Pineapple Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Whip the curd with sugar till its smooth. Now add chopped pineapple, pomegranate, salt, cumin powder and mint powder. Mix it well all ingredients. Chill the pineapple raita before serving. Garnish with some chopped pineapple, pomegranate and fresh coriander. Serve pineapple raita immediately with any indian main course.
