Ingredients for Pineapple Raita Recipe

  • 0.13 cup Fresh curd
  • 1 Pieces Tinned pineapple slices
  • 1/2 tsp crushed sugar
  • to taste Black salt according
  • As Required For Ganishing Pomegranate as needed

Directions: Pineapple Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 1.5 cups of fresh curd in a bowl and whisk it.
  • STEP 2.Add 2 tblspn crushed sugar to it and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add black salt according to your taste to the curd.
  • STEP 4.Add 4 slices of tinned pineapple (cut into small pieces) to the curd.
  • STEP 5.Mix all ingredients.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve.
  • STEP 7.This is a refreshing and healthy dessert during summer.
