About Pineapple Pachidi Recipe:
A chutney or pickle made of Pineapple in Kerala style The flavors of pineapple pachadi is complex. While pineapple does lend its sweetish taste, aroma & flavor, there is also some pungency from the ground mustard seeds and a bit of heat and spiciness coming from the green chilies The recipe comes from the Kerala cuisine. The taste and flavor of pineapple pachadi is very different from the regular Pineapple raita.

Ingredients for Pineapple Pachidi Recipe
- 4 cup diced pineapple
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Coconut milk with shredded coconut
- 200 gram Curd
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon methi seeds
- As required Curry leaves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
- 2 dried red chili

How to Make Pineapple Pachidi Recipe
STEP 01
Cut the pineapple into dicy shape
STEP 02
Chop the onions and green chilies
STEP 03
Heat 2 cups of water in the cooking vessel
STEP 04
Add the pineapples, salt and chilies , let it boil
STEP 05
Add the coconut paste milk and curd , then mix well
STEP 06
In the frying pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves, 1tsp methi seeds, chopped onions and dried red chili
STEP 07
Fry them until they pop and the onion turns brown
STEP 08
Add the fried spices in the cooking vessel .
STEP 09
Mix them and cook for 2 mins
STEP 10
Serve as chutney after meal .
