  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped pineapple and saut茅 for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the ground coconut paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add beaten yogurt and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and papadum.
