  • As required Pineapple Halwa
  • As required Ingredients:-
  • 1/5 nos Β° Pineapple peeled medium
  • 1.10 cups Β°Semolina
  • As required Β°A few saffron strands
  • 0.80 tablespoon Β°Ghee
  • 1/5 cup Β° Semolina ( rawa / suji)
  • 1/5 nos Β° Almonds finley chopped tbs for garnishing
  • 1/20 nos Β° Khoya cups.

Directions: Pineapple And Dry Fruits Halwa 🍍🍍🍍🍍 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method:-
  • STEP 2.1) Heat a non stick pan, add sugar and water enough to soak the sugar. Cook stirring continuously
  • STEP 3.tills the sugar dissolves.
  • STEP 4.2) Remove stem of the pineapple, cut it into small pieces and add to pan. Add saffron and cook on low heat.
  • STEP 5.3) Heat ghee in another non stick pan. Add semolina and saute on medium heat till light golden.
  • STEP 6.4) Add almonds and cooked pineapple along with the sugar syrup and mix well. Cook till semolina is cooked. Add khoya and saute for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 7.5) Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with almonds and serve.
