As required Pineapple Halwa
As required Ingredients:-
1/5 nos Β° Pineapple peeled medium
1.10 cups Β°Semolina
As required Β°A few saffron strands
0.80 tablespoon Β°Ghee
1/5 cup Β° Semolina ( rawa / suji)
1/5 nos Β° Almonds finley chopped tbs for garnishing
1/20 nos Β° Khoya cups.

STEP 1.Method:-
STEP 2.1) Heat a non stick pan, add sugar and water enough to soak the sugar. Cook stirring continuously
STEP 3.tills the sugar dissolves.
STEP 4.2) Remove stem of the pineapple, cut it into small pieces and add to pan. Add saffron and cook on low heat.
STEP 5.3) Heat ghee in another non stick pan. Add semolina and saute on medium heat till light golden.
STEP 6.4) Add almonds and cooked pineapple along with the sugar syrup and mix well. Cook till semolina is cooked. Add khoya and saute for 2 minutes.
STEP 7.5) Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with almonds and serve.
