Recipe By Slurrp

Pidiyum Kozhiyum is a traditional South Indian dish made with rice dumplings and chicken. The dumplings are made by combining rice flour with water and shaping them into small balls. The chicken is cooked in a flavorful coconut-based gravy, which is then combined with the dumplings. This dish is a perfect blend of textures and flavors, with the soft and chewy dumplings complementing the tender and aromatic chicken. Pidiyum Kozhiyum is a comforting and satisfying dish that is often enjoyed with a side of coconut chutney or raita.
