  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add the pheasant meat and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated pheasant meat and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
