How to Make Phat Phak Ruam Recipe

STEP 01

Start by peeling the skin off the carrot and then dicing them in a diagonal motion. Cut the stem off the broccoli, separate the head part and shape the bottom part. Cut the hard part of the broccoli stem and cut the tender part into wedges.

In a saucepan add water and put the vegetables in boiling water and let it boil for 2 minutes and then transfer it to cold water, strain the water well before stir-frying. In a pan add oil then add the chopped garlic and the aroma enhance,

Add the mushrooms and peas, stir it. Now add the soybean sauce, mushroom soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper powder and stir well.

STEP 05

Mix the cornstarch in water to make a slurry and then add it to the pan and mix it well with the veggies.
