Ingredients for Phat Phak Ruam Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon white peppercorns powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon soybean sauce
  • 2 tablespoon mushroom soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 4 baby corns
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 Sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom

step 1

  • STEP 1.Start by peeling the skin off the carrot and then dicing them in a diagonal motion. Cut the stem off the broccoli, separate the head part and shape the bottom part. Cut the hard part of the broccoli stem and cut the tender part into wedges.

  • STEP 1.Cut the cauliflower in half and use the tip of the knife to separate florets into bite-size. Remove the tip of the baby corn and cut them in half, cut the mushrooms in half. Remove the string off peas by pinching the curly end of it.

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan add water and put the vegetables in boiling water and let it boil for 2 minutes and then transfer it to cold water, strain the water well before stir-frying. In a pan add oil then add the chopped garlic and the aroma enhance,

  • STEP 1.Add the mushrooms and peas, stir it. Now add the soybean sauce, mushroom soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper powder and stir well.

  • STEP 2.Mix the cornstarch in water to make a slurry and then add it to the pan and mix it well with the veggies.
