  • 1 big bowl raw pumpkin
  • 4 Nos green chillies
  • 2 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 2 Nos dried whole red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 bowl tamarind water
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor powder
  • 1/2 bowl jaggery

How to Make Pethe Ki Khatti Meethi Sabzi Recipe

STEP 01

Cut raw pumpkin into small pieces

STEP 02

Chop green chillies into small pieces

STEP 03

Soak tamarind in water

STEP 04

Add oil in a kadai and heat it. add fenugreek seeds & dried whole red chili and cook for 30 secs. Add garlic paste. Now add turmeric powder , raw pumpkin pieces and chopped green chilies.

STEP 05

Add coriander powder , red chili powder and mix well. Now add salt as per taste and mix. Cook it for 3-4 mins. Add tamarind water and amchor powder.

STEP 06

Cover and cook for 2 mins . Then add chopped jaggery and cook for a minute or two.
