  • 1/2 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Corn meal

  • 1/2-1 cup Shredded cheese, i indicate 1 2 cups, but seriously, put as much or as little cheese as you want
  • 1/2 cup Roughly chopped cooked chicken, i like to use ready to eat rotisserie chicken from the grocery store

  • 0.13 cup Thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled feta
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic salt, more or less depending on preference
