Ingredients for PESHWARI CHICKEN KADAHI Recipe

  • 125 Gms Chicken
  • 1 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.13 Cup Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Clarified butterutter

Directions: Peshwari Chicken Kadahi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate chicken with salt and keep aside for an hour
  • STEP 2.Dry roast the whole garam masala,once cooled to make a powder
  • STEP 3.Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the marinated chicken and cook in a high flame for five mins now cook in a slow flame for 5 mins until chicken turned into golden brown and take off from the pan.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and saute until dark brown now add ginger garlic paste and dry roasted garam masala powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add red chilly powder,kashmiri mirch powder and turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cook for 4 - 5 mins until oil leaves the pan.
  • STEP 7.Add fried chicken pieces and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Now add two cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled keep it in low flame for 10 mins add cream and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with rice .
