  • As required Butter softened
  • 2 piece fish
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 calabacitas thinly sliced
  • 1/4 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 garlic clove finely diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno finely sliced
  • 1/4 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • As required Juice of lemon or lime
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch whole oregano optional
  • As required Foil paper

  • STEP 1.Lay out a large portion of foil paper

  • STEP 1.Brush the foil with butter. Add fish over the buttered portion

  • STEP 1.Top with carrots , calabacitas , onion,tomatoes, garlic and jalapeno

  • STEP 1.Add chopped cilantro and squeeze the lemon juice

  • STEP 1.Place the foil over a skillet and heat on a oven for 7mins
