Ingredients for Pepper Pork Ribs Recipe

  • 175 gram Pork ribs
  • 35 gram Onions sliced
  • 1.25 gram Ginger finely chopped
  • 1.25 gram Chopped garlic
  • 1.50 gram Freshly ground black pepper
  • As required Crushed Green chilies,ginger,garlic and salt
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 gram Red chili powder
  • 1/2 gram Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 2.50 gram Malt vinegar
  • 2.50 gram Worcestershire sauce
  • 87.50 gram Pork/chicken stock
  • 7.50 gram Vegetable Oil
  • 50 gram Potatoes

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Cut and seperate each ribs. Marinate the ribs with crushed green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and half of black pepper for 1 hour

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
  • STEP 2.Add the marinated ribs. Add the stock water and cook for 40 minutes
  • STEP 1.Deep fry the potatoes until golden in another pan. Add it with the ribs and cook for 2 minutes
  • STEP 2.Add onion rings and the leftover black pepper powder and mix everything well.

Storage Or Serving Method

  • STEP 1.Serve as a snack or meal with mashed potatoes and vegetables or rice
