  • 140 gram Onions sliced
  • 5 gram Ginger finely chopped
  • 5 gram Chopped garlic
  • 6 gram Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • As required Crushed Green chilies,ginger,garlic and salt
  • As required Salt
  • 2 gram Red chili powder
  • 2 gram Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 10 gram Malt vinegar
  • 10 gram Worcestershire Sauce
  • 350 gram Pork/chicken stock
  • 30 gram Vegetable Oil

How to Make Pepper Pork Ribs Recipe

STEP 01

Cut and separate each ribs

STEP 02

Marinate the ribs with crushed green chilies,ginger,garlic and salt ,red chili powder 2g,kashmiri red chili powder 2g,malt vinegar 10g,worcestershire sauce 10g,and half of black pepper powder for 1 hour .

STEP 03

Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Add sliced onions and fry until brown and then add ginger and garlic to it.

STEP 01

Add the marinated ribs. Add the stock water and cook for 40 minutes

STEP 05

Deep fry the potatoes until golden. Add it with the ribs and cook for 2 minutes

STEP 06

Add onion rings and the leftover black pepper powder and mix everything well.

STEP 07

Serve as a snack or meal with mashed potatoes and vegetables or rice
