  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic chopped cloves
  • 3 cup Spinach leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • As required Salt

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 piece Cheese torn in slices

Directions: Penne With Spinach Basil Sauce Recipe

  • STEP 1.1in a preheated pan add 1 tsp olive oil, 4 cloves chopped garlic, 3 cups chopped spinach leaves, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste. Saute until spinach wilts. Turn off the what and leave it spinach to cool.

  • STEP 2.2when cooled, add the sauted spinach to a tall blender jar, add a few sprigs of basil leaves, 1 cup milk, 2 slices of cheese torn in pieces. Blend to make a smooth puree.

  • STEP 3.3in a pan add 1 tsp oil, 300 gms penne pasta or any pasta of choice. Add 1 tbsp mixed herb and the spinach basil puree. Bring to a brisk boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the heat.
