STEP 1.Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet and add sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes.
STEP 1.Add onions,garlic, salt, black pepper, cook for about 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, vodka and reduce heat to low. Cook for 40 minutes.
STEP 1.Preheat the oven. In a large pot, take water, 1 tsp salt and bring to boil. Now add pasta in it. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove and drain well. Transfer to a large bowl and sprinkle oil. Now add the sausage mixture, parmigiano reggiano and ricotta and stir well.
STEP 1.Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and golden. (about 45 minutes) . Remove from oven and serve.
