- 1/2 pack vermicelli
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 1.50 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon kecap manis
- 12 Shrimps
- 12 piece pork meat
- 12 Nos bay scallops
- 12 piece Nos thin fish cake
- 14 ounce Chicken Broth
- 5 stalks Chinese mustard green/choy sum
- 1.50 cup Water
- 3 Nos garlic cloves
- As required Starch
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 0.13 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 dash white pepper powder
- As required Salt

How to Make Penang Char Hor Fun Recipe
STEP 01
Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 15 mins
STEP 02
Break the flat rice noodles off by peeling the layers
STEP 03
1.add ½ tbsp oil in a pan
STEP 04
2.toss the vermicelli and stir it
STEP 05
3.add soy sauce,kecap manis and stir it continuously until lightly burned
STEP 06
4.repeat the same process for the flat rice noodles
STEP 07
5.add some oil in a pan & fry the chopped garlic
STEP 08
6.then add pork,shrimp,bay scallops,fish cake and stir
STEP 09
7.add chicken,water,all the seasoning and bring it to boil.

8.now add the starch mixture to thick the gravy.

9.add the mustard green, quickly stir it and turn off the flame.

10.now take a plate and put vermicelli and flat rice noodles equal portion

11.now pour the gravy and toppings on top of the noodles and vermicelli.
