  • 1 Nos fresh chilli peppers
  • 8 Nos garlic cloves
  • 2 Nos shallots
  • 10 gram ginger
  • 2 tablespoon fermented soybean paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Nos fish

How to Make Peking Duck With Potato Dumplings Recipe

STEP 01

Mince the garlic cloves, chillies and ginger.

Clean and centrally cut the fish into two halves.

Add oil in a pan & heat it. Add the minced ingredients and stir-fry.

Now add fermented bean sauce followed by soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Saute for 30 secs and 1 minute then add sugar and keep it aside.

Add ginger slices to the fish and saute it for 6 mins. Serve with white steamed rice.
