Ingredients for Peking Duck With Potato Dumplings Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Nos fresh chilli peppers
  • 8 Nos garlic cloves
  • 2 Nos shallots
  • 10 gram Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon fermented soybean paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Nos fish

Directions: Peking Duck With Potato Dumplings Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mince the garlic cloves, chillies and ginger.

  • STEP 1.Clean and centrally cut the fish into two halves.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pan & heat it. Add the minced ingredients and stir-fry.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now add fermented bean sauce followed by soy sauce and oyster sauce.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Saute for 30 secs and 1 minute then add sugar and keep it aside.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add ginger slices to the fish and saute it for 6 mins. Serve with white steamed rice.
