  • STEP 1.Wash the basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.

  • STEP 4.Add peas, salt, and water to the cooker.
  • STEP 5.Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
