Ingredients for peas pulao Recipe

  • 125 nos Basmati rice grm
  • 0.13 cup boiled peas
  • 0.13 cup chopped vegetables
  • 1 nos Cloves pcs
  • 1 nos Green cardamom pcs
  • 1/2 nos Bay leaf pc
  • 1/2 nos Cinnamon small pc
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • As required Ghee as needed
  • As required Salt and sugar to taste
  • 1/2 nos Yellow food colour pinch

Directions: Peas Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak rice for 20 mnts.
  • STEP 2.Heat a pan add ghee ,add whole garam masala and bay leaf.
  • STEP 3.Now add the veggies and stir fry adding salt.
  • STEP 4.Mix the boiled peas and rinsed rice. Mix salt and sugar well add warm water and cover till the rice is cooked.Serve hot.
