  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chili Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add ginger and green chili paste.
  • STEP 2.Add mashed peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into circles. Place a spoonful of the pea filling in the center and seal the edges.
  • STEP 4.Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha and cook on a hot tawa with ghee or oil until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
