  • 1/4 tsp Besan
  • As required salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp Oil.

  • 0.19 cup Jaggery
  • As required cardamom powder

  • STEP 3.Ingredients:-
  • STEP 4.11/2cup wheat flour 🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾
  • STEP 5.1tsp Besan
  • STEP 6.Salt to taste
  • STEP 7.Water
  • STEP 8.1tsp oil.
  • STEP 9.11/2 Cup peanuts πŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œ
  • STEP 10.3/4 cup jaggery
  • STEP 11.Cardamom powder
  • STEP 12.Oil
  • STEP 13.Method :-
  • STEP 14.Take wheat flour into a dish
  • STEP 15.Add besan, Salt and mix everything well.
  • STEP 16.Add a little water at a time and knead dough of medium consistency.
  • STEP 17.Add oil and knead the dough again to make soft and even.
  • STEP 18.Transfer the dough into a bowl cover and rest it for it for about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 19.Take peanuts into a pan and roast until nice and kharps.
  • STEP 20.When peanuts cool down a little peel them.
  • STEP 21.Transfer the peeled peanuts into a blender jar and blend into Powder.
  • STEP 22.Add jaggery cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and blend every thing just once .
  • STEP 23.Stuffing is all ready.
  • STEP 24.Knead the dough a little once more.
  • STEP 25.Take a small portion from the dough and make it even
  • STEP 26.Make a peri from it. You can roll it into a small chapati like we make a parata
  • STEP 27.Fill as much stuffing as possible and press it
  • STEP 28.Bring the edges together and close it
  • STEP 29.Dip it in to dry floor and roll in to chapati
  • STEP 30.Roll the chapati carefull
  • STEP 31.Heat up a Pan on medium heat
  • STEP 32.Transfer the chapati on the pan and roast well low to medium heat
  • STEP 33.After roasting little from once side flip it over and roast well from other side.
  • STEP 34.Spread a little oil on upper side and flip it over
  • STEP 35.You can use Ghee in place of oil.spread a little oil on other side too and roast well
  • STEP 36.When chapati rosted we'll from either side take it off in to a dish
  • STEP 37.You can make 12;to 13 medium size peanuts Obbattu in 1 1/2 Cup peanuts πŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œπŸ₯œ
