STEP 1.First of all, we will mix flour and ghee well, and knead a hard dough by adding water little by little.
STEP 2.Now we will prepare the stuffing. For that, heat ghee in a pan and fry the semolina till it becomes golden. Will grind it intermittently in the mixer.
STEP 3.Now add ground peanuts and sugar to the roasted semolina. Now our stuffing is ready.
STEP 4.Now we will make gujiyas, for that we will make small balls of the kneaded dough. Now we will roll all the balls like puri. Now we will put filling in those puris, for that we will hold a puri in our hands, put 1 spoon of stuffing in it and spread it on the edges of the puri. Apply water and stick it. Now giving it the desired shape, make Gujiyas from all the balls.
STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan to fry the gujiyas. When the oil becomes hot, fry all the gujiyas little by little on medium heat.
STEP 6.Now Gujiya is ready and will serve it cold.
