  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 3/4 nos / jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee
  • As required Few cashew
  • As required pinch of salt
  • As required Almond
  • As required dry grapes

Directions: Peanuts Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Hi friends good morning:
  • STEP 2.Method:-
  • STEP 3.Roast the peanuts and use your plam to remove the skin. Roast as much as you like,but make sure you do not burnt them.
  • STEP 4.Griand coarsely or grind it finely with few chunck here there.
  • STEP 5.Roast grianded peanut with ghee and keep aside.
  • STEP 6.Pour water in pan, milk once it boils add sugar and sugar syrup. Syrup should be fine.
  • STEP 7.When the sugar syrup is ready turn of the stove and add roasted crushed peanuts into the hot syrup and mix thoroughly.
  • STEP 8.Add cardamom powder and well once it become thick pour into ghee plate. Spered
  • STEP 9.Mixture evenly.
  • STEP 10.You can decorate the bufri with cashew, almonds,pista.
  • STEP 11.Let the bufri cool down in 30 minutes and cut into and any desired sheap your like.
