  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala

How to Make Peanut Crusted Fish Recipe

STEP 01

Dry roast 200g peanuts in a pan. Once the peanuts are roasted, transfer them to a pan & allow to cool down

STEP 02

Run the peanuts between your palms to peel the skin off. Crush the peanuts coarsely.

STEP 03

Now it’s time to add the masalas to the crushed peanuts. Add 1 tsp red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder & salt to taste. Mix well with hands

STEP 04

Time to make the egg mixture for coating the fish before frying. In a bowl, add 2 eggs & sprinkle them with red chili powder & garam masala. Mix well

STEP 05

Coat the fish steaks with the egg mix and brush the pan with oil & start adding in the fish pieces. Cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides.
