Ingredients for Peanut Crusted Fish Recipe

  • 3 Kingfish Steaks
  • 200 gram Peanuts
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Oil To Fry
  • As required Salt

Directions: Peanut Crusted Fish Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry roast 200g peanuts in a pan. Once the peanuts are roasted, transfer them to a pan & allow to cool down
  • STEP 2.Run the peanuts between your palms to peel the skin off. Crush the peanuts coarsely.
  • STEP 3.Now it’s time to add the masalas to the crushed peanuts. Add 1 tsp red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder & salt to taste. Mix well with hands
  • STEP 4.Time to make the egg mixture for coating the fish before frying. In a bowl, add 2 eggs & sprinkle them with red chili powder & garam masala. Mix well
  • STEP 5.Coat the fish steaks with the egg mix and brush the pan with oil & start adding in the fish pieces. Cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides.
