Ingredients for Peanut Butter Chicken Recipe

  • 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 Large onion peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 Chicken breasts chopped into bite sized chunks
  • 1/4 tablespoon Heaped ground coriander
  • 75 milliliter Chicken stock water + 2 stock cubes is fine
  • 1/2 tablespoon Heaped smooth peanut butter check if you need it to be gluten free, it usually is
  • 1/4 Red chilli chopped finely this is optional leave out if you don't like heat
  • 1/2 Juice limes
  • 50 gram Green beans ends chopped off and sliced into short lengths
  • As required Boiled rice
  • 1/4 Red chilli sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 bunch Small chopped coriander
  • As required A blob of sweet chilli jam also tastes great
  • 1/2 tablespoon Toasted peanuts dry cook in a hot pan for 2 minutes until lightly browned
