A simple,easy dessert prepared from peanut powder and sugar syrup.This carbohydrate-rich bar, full of nuts, seeds, fruit and oats, was adapted from Amy Harrison's prize-winning submission in the Plains (Georgia) Peanut Festival recipe competition sponsored by The Peanut Institute. It includes a little protein, and is a great grab-and-go pre-workout snack on mornings when you don't have time to digest a full meal.

Ingredients for Peanut Bars Recipe

  • 2 cup Roasted Peanut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • As required Vegetable Oil

Directions: Peanut Bars Recipe

  • STEP 1.Blend peanuts into a fine powder

    • STEP 2.1. In a pot add sugar and heat it at medium flame.

    step 4

    • STEP 3.2. Stir it until it dissolves.

    step 5

    • STEP 4.3. Now add peanut mixture and mix it at low flame.

    step 6

    • STEP 5.4. Grease the work surface and rolling pin with oil and place the peanut mixture onto it.

    step 7

    • STEP 6.5. Spread the peanut mixture with rolling pin and cut it into desired shapes.
