About Peanut Bars Recipe:
A simple,easy dessert prepared from peanut powder and sugar syrup.This carbohydrate-rich bar, full of nuts, seeds, fruit and oats, was adapted from Amy Harrison's prize-winning submission in the Plains (Georgia) Peanut Festival recipe competition sponsored by The Peanut Institute. It includes a little protein, and is a great grab-and-go pre-workout snack on mornings when you don't have time to digest a full meal.

How to Make Peanut Bars Recipe
STEP 01
Blend peanuts into a fine powder
STEP 03
1. In a pot add sugar and heat it at medium flame.
STEP 04
2. Stir it until it dissolves.
STEP 05
3. Now add peanut mixture and mix it at low flame.
STEP 06
4. Grease the work surface and rolling pin with oil and place the peanut mixture onto it.
STEP 07
5. Spread the peanut mixture with rolling pin and cut it into desired shapes.
